Cancellations  

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Otherwise, we are unable to make any changes to your order. Please be sure to thoroughly read our descriptions and processing times.

How do I track my package?

You can check on the status of your order at any time by using the tracking number and link provided in your order fulfillment email. Please check your "Order has shipped" email. If you can't find it, please reach out to us by navigating to the Contact us page and sending us a message.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Once shipped, your order will arrive within 10 to 15 business days for United States, Australia, United Kingdom. The rest of the countries may take up to 25 days depending on the current situation of your country.

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1 - 3 business days. In peak periods please allow for up to 6 business days for dispatch.
